What?

This is where I tell you what I do. I am a User Interface/Front-End Development Manager/Developer. I currently work in the Digital Marketing department at Dex Media and I love what I’m doing here. I get to push the envelope on high traffic sites in both b2b and b2c. I work on superpages.com and other high visibility high traffic sites, such as supermedia.com, dexone.com and dexmedia.com. My job is to make sure the websites work and to create a better experience for visitors and to help consumers find the right business for their needs.

• Technical lead on marketing web site for healthcare company for new product launch. Worked with marketing manager, project manager, ad agency designer and online marketing specialist, and 3D animator. Created CSS-only rollover glossary definitions, pulling data from ASP Classic include files. Created custom flash video player to show flv files of 3D animations, adding narration and closed-captioning. Developed interactive flash animations.
• Created foreign language versions of web sites, working with managers in other countries to create translated versions of US web sites, modified for local language and culture.
